A free browser trivia game

Is it more, or is it less?

Two facts face off. One value is revealed, one is hidden. Guess right, keep your streak alive, guess wrong, the run ends.

A higher/lower game built around real numbers

More or Less takes the classic higher-lower format and fills it with facts worth arguing about across eight categories and more than 100 rounds: how tall a celebrity actually is, how calorie-dense a snack is per 100 grams, how high a landmark or mountain rises, how fast an animal can sprint, what a movie really cost to make, how many people live in a country, or how far a river runs. Every round puts two facts side by side. One number is already on the table. The other is hiding behind a question mark, and your job is to say whether it lands higher or lower than the one you can see.

There's no timer chasing you and no ads breaking up the flow. It's a quick, replayable trivia loop that rewards a good guess and a bit of general knowledge - the kind of game that's easy to open for two minutes and hard to put down after ten. Pick a category, back your instinct, and see how long a streak you can hold before the numbers catch you out.

How to play

  1. 01

    Pick a category

Choose a topic you're curious about - heights, calories, landmarks, speed, or box office budgets.

  2. 02

    Read the known card

The left card always shows its real value up front, so you have a baseline to compare against.

  3. 03

    Study the hidden card

The right card shows a new fact, but the number is masked with a question mark until you guess.

  4. 04

    Choose More or Less

Decide whether the hidden value is bigger or smaller than the known one, then lock in your answer.

  5. 05

    Chase the streak

Guess right and the hidden card flips into the known card for the next round. Guess wrong and the run ends - start again any time.
